Make a self portrait using natural materials (e.g. sticks, leaves, flowers). You could make a frame out of sticks too. Idea from http://www.ltl.org.uk/free-resources You could email Mrs Aston or comment on the blog to let us know how you got on!

We have really enjoyed doing some gardening today and yesterday. We have planted sunflowers, wild flowers and some bedding plants. We are looking forward to seeing them grow!

Something a bit different this week… the RDA South region are running a competition during the Summer term, and there are 5 separate parts to it. Make a loo roll bird feeder from https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/blog/2020/03/kids-nature-activities-self-isolation/ Smother a cardboard tube in peanut butter (no added salt and sugar versions are suitable for birds). Add sound effects to a favourite story. You could have a specific sound or song for each main character as they appear in the story.
