It’s National Curry Week!

In HG this week, we have celebrated ‘National Curry Week’! We have been finding out how sweetcorn is farmed and harvested. We have compared the farming of Sweetcorn in the UK and in Uganda. We have also been finding out how the UK and Uganda use the sweetcorn crop in different ways. We followed a recipe to make Sweetcorn Curry. Whilst cooking, the school filled with delicious smells from the kitchen! The children described it with the following words – tasty/delicious/hot/nice/yummy/the best!
